NAMI Geauga County is fortunate to receive funding from the Geauga Board of Mental Health and Recovery Services each year since our inception. Without their continued support we could not offer the support groups, education programs and advocacy outreach programs that promote our mission to provide education, support and advocacy to those affected by mental illness.
The Margaret Clark Morgan Foundation: Their generous gift to our organization fulfills their mission to improve the lives of people with serious mental illness by investing in innovative projects in Northeast Ohio.
The Ohio Mental Health & Addiction Services has awarded us a grant to promote wellness and recovery within the community for individuals with mental health conditions and those recovering from addiction. This grant will enable us to implement the WHAM (Whole Health Action Management) program, as well as incorporate wellness into the signature NAMI programs.
Fairmount Minerals/Santrol: We have been very fortunate to receive more than one grant from Fairmount Minerals/Santrol. This grant money has provided transportation, program development, teacher in-service programs and more.
Pentair Inc.: The support from Pentair will enable us to expand our education program outreach.
Cleveland Foundation: For more than a century, the Cleveland Foundation has partnered with donors to improve the lives of residents in Cuyahoga, Lake and Geauga counties.
We have several individuals, churches and smaller businesses that make donations to us to support a variety of needs.
We are very grateful for the continued support and generosity this community provides for our programs!
